Middle School: Stepping Stones To Your Future

Program Overview

Stepping StonesStepping Stones to your future is an annual summer engineering camp for rising 7th and 8th graders, offered by the University of Maryland, College Park. This one-week commuter camp is an excellent opportunity for young women who are interested in science and engineering to work with current University of Maryland students on a variety of fun and hands-on engineering activities.

Some questions Stepping Stones to your future will help you answer:

  • “What is engineering?”
  • “How does engineering relate to the environment?”
  • “Do I want to be an engineer someday?”

Program Dates

SSTYF 2018 will take place from July 9-July 13, 2018.
