Program Schedule

patchThe GSES program will begin at 10:00am and conclude at 2:30pm (lunch provided). The Girl Scouts will be divided into three groups to rotate through a series of activities; each activity designed to increase awareness of a different type of engineering discipline.  Participants will earn a special program patch.

Registration for Girl Scout Engineering Saturday is on a first come, first served basis. Please note that because of high program interest, we are only able to accommodate a limited number of participants. WIE will not accept participants after the application window is closed if they are not already on the waiting list, nor will WIE accept registrants on site the day of the event. Once the participant has been registered and payment has been received, you will be provided with additional program details regarding directions to campus and the program schedule.

There is a $20.00 registration fee for each participant to cover the cost of lunch, patches, and activity supplies. Upon the completion and submission of registration, you will be asked to submit a payment of $20.00. Please note that if you registered more than one participant, you will need to use the same weblink to submit the registration fee for the second student as well.
